It was the vision and foresight of a few dedicated nurses that there was a great need to re-establish and maintain ties with their Barbadian colleagues. The Barbados Nurses’ Association of America, Inc. is a Professional non-profit organization whose purpose:
- Provides charitable, educational and humanitarian services to the community.
- Promotes and establish a coalition between other professional nurses for the purpose of maintaining collegiality and sharing of information to improve the health and welfare of all people.
