As affirmed in our bylaws, BNAA’s mission is to provide charitable, educational, and humanitarian services to the community; to promote and establish a coalition among other professional nurses to maintain collegiality and share information to improve the health and welfare of all people.

Supporting the next generation since 1969
Initially, the scholarships were awarded to children attending secondary school in Barbados and later to students pursuing a healthcare career. It has currently evolved to recognize students who are in college pursuing a degree in nursing.
